When will we be able to print our tickets?

Your electronic tickets will be made available for printing three weeks before the start of each production, via a link that will be emailed to you.

How can I become an usher?

What are the box office hours?

During the summer, we will return phone calls within one business day. Please leave a message so we know that you want to get in touch with us. The onsite Box Office will be open from 9-12:30 on Tuesdays beginning on October 2 and virtual box office agents will be answering the phone lines between 9-12:30 every Monday through Friday. If you reach our message system during those hours, please leave a detailed message and we will call you back by the end of the day. If you leave a message over the weekend or after 12:30 we will call you back within one business day.

How do I find out more about being a season ticket holder?

To qualify as a season ticket holder please purchase 3 or 4 of our Broadway series shows. Concerts and other events do not qualify for season ticket holder status. The benefits of being a season ticket holder are twofold: 1. You may exchange your ticket for another date, and 2. You are renewed into your seats each year automatically.

What are the benefits of becoming a member of our VIP Club?

Annual donors of $500+ have access to our private VIP Club and its benefits.  What you see at the theatre is just the beginning.  VIPs can relax in our VIP Club prior to each show, as well as intermission, for all performances at the G&L Theatre on the campus of the Community School of Naples.  Once inside the club, VIPs will experience comfortable seating, snacks, as well as soft drinks and wine along with private access to restrooms.  But that’s not where the perks end!  What you don’t see it that our VIPs are given the ability to purchase tickets to our Cabaret Series, concerts and special events prior to tickets going on sale to the public.  As soon these productions are confirmed by management our Contributors’ Concierge reaches out to the VIPs by email to allow them access to the best seats in the house prior to the public announcements.  If you’ve ever noticed that most of the highly coveted aisle seats are already sold the minute the tickets go on sale, it’s because the VIPs had the first opportunity to buy those seats.  For more information about the VIP Club, please call Contributors’ Concierge, Ellen Elleman, at 239-451-3266. Does TZ offer group discounts?

We love our groups at TheatreZone! A 10 ticket purchase earns a $5 discount on each ticket. For groups of 20 or more, in addition to the $5 discount, the group organizer is given a complimentary ticket. Groups may attend all performances except the Sunday Matinees due to season ticket holder demand. To qualify as a group, there must be one organizer who makes one payment for the entire order. There are no refunds or exchanges for group purchases.

What is TZs refund and exchange policy?

There are no refunds or exchanges on single ticket purchases. Season ticket holders are offered and exchange based upon availability. If the value of an exchanged ticket is less than originally purchased, there are no refunds.
